Returns
By Invitation’s return policy is for refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. Sales receipt required. Items returned for refund will credit original form of payment. If you would like to exchange an item, you will be issued a store credit that you can then use to repurchase the item.
ALL SALE, PERSONALIZED & SEASONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTION AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
ALL ENEWTON NEEDS TAGS TO BE RETURNED
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We suggest sending items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost while in transit.
All returned or exchanged items must meet the following criteria:
All products must be in original packaging, unworn, no sign of use and returned in original packaging with no damage to tags.Items must be received by no later than 14 days from the original purchase date on your receipt.
If you do not meet all of the above requirements at the discretion of the Returns Department, do not attempt to return the merchandise because they will be refused.

Once your package is received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.
Buy online, pick up in store
We‘ll keep your order for several days so you can come get it at a convenient time
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in one or two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Your order will be held at the store for several calendar days. We‘ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the warehouse.
Shipping
Most shipments ship the same business day if placed before 4:30pm EST. Shipping times may vary due to availability. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or holidays.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. If for some reason you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder and add byinvitationga@gmail.com to your safe sender list.
Currently we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical address is required by UPS.
Orders placed before 4:30 PM EST will be shipped same day.
